Arken Construction transformed a 1980's dilapidated building into a modern medical device facility known as Arrotek Medical today. The company specialises in the design, development and manufacture of minimally invasive medical devices at their new location in Finisklin Business Park, Co Sligo. The new building covers an extensive area of approximately 4,500M². The fit-out was carried out to a very high standard and consisted of a high specification open plan office space, canteen, warehouse, laboratory and clean rooms. Some key features include:
The design team included Nolan & Quinlan Architects, CHH Consulting Engineers and TME Services. The project commenced in October 2018 and was fully completed and handed over to the client in June 2019 following a very busy & well managed 37 week construction period.
