Sligo NCT Centre

Arken Construction carried out a refurbishment contract on Sligo NCT Centre for our client Applus Ireland. The works consisted of the demolition of the existing single storey admin bay consisting of public reception area, office, toilets, canteen, VRT office and storage areas and the construction of a replacement two storey structure with new & improved public reception area, office, toilets, canteen, storage room, mezzanine storage and comms room. The works were carried out in a very tight timeframe of 13 weeks while the NCT Centre remained in operation. The works were carried out on budget, within the tight timeframe allowed and to a very high quality finish.
